A good Personal Trainer understands exercise, a Great Personal Trainer also understands YOU. I work hard to develop programs that fit my clients needs
and goals.   I like to stress the importance of Functional Mobility for the  50+  age group, as I know that needs change as we age.

 

My life is all about exercise and good nutrition. My exercise regimens extend
outside the gym as I enjoy skiing (downhill and X-C), kayaking, cycling, and
walking my dog Mindy.
