Weight training is not just for power lifters. Everyone should incorporate some weight training in their fitness regimen in order to enhance muscle strength and maintain muscle mass. Actually, the older you are the more important strength training becomes. My 93 year old father-in-law still lifts weights, so you can too.

            TRX SUSPENSION STRAPS

            KETTLE BELLS

Kettle bell training is a great way to get cardio and strength training all in one. It's fun, versatile, and surprisingly challenging. 

            KICKBOXING
 
Kickboxing training does it all. You will develop cardio endurance, strength, flexibility and dynamic balance (balance in motion)  Take out all your frustrations on the blue bag and get a workout at the same time. As a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, I can teach you proper form so that you will get the most our of your kicks and punches .
